My Review of Wickstrom Auto Group - Ford Lincoln Mercury

Went to Wickstrom after a HORRIBLE experience at another dealership. Jamie was WONDERFUL, she was so helpful and understanding of what I was looking for. I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment with Jamie, who came in on her day off to accommodate my schedule. Brandon had the car I was looking at pulled up front and went over all the features of it and answered any questions I had about it until Jamie arrived. This was by far the most painless process I have been through. No crazy number games everything was done to the point and my payment was right where I needed it to be. I've had my new car almost a week and have NOTHING bad to say about it or my experience at Wickstrom. Recommending everyone to go to Wickstrom you won't regret it.

My Review of Wickstrom Auto Group - Ford Lincoln Mercury
I love the drive up service without having to make an appointment and the extended service hours. When giving an estimate on length of time the service will take they always are finished before the estimated time. If I am going to wait for the car they always seem to try to get it out quicker than promised to reduce wait time. While price may be slightly more than the "quick" service shops, I feel that I can trust the mechanic's judgment and that I am not getting sold services that I do not need. Wickstrom would not be in business as long as they have without the great staff.

Best dealer in the Northwest suburbs by far. As a local fleet manager for two different Village's, this dealer is the most efficient, friendly and reliable dealer i have had the pleasure to work with. They have very knowledgeable employees; from service writers, ASE technicians, experienced parts staff, sales team and most of the employees have been there over ten years plus. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase or to have their vehicle serviced!

I was greeted when I walked into the dealership, I was asked if I needed help i said I was just looking for now, then i was told if I need help to let them know. When I did need help every question I asked was answered honestly. It was the best experience i've ever had buying a car. There service department was as as friendly as could be. I have sent my wife there for service and was worried they might try to add additional items because she knows nothing about cars. They never tried to oversell her anything. I would never think about buying a car from anyone else. My salesman calls me occasionally to ask me how everything is going and never tries to get me to come in and purchase a new vehicle. Last the showroom and service department are very clean.

My Review of Wickstrom Auto Group - Ford Lincoln Mercury
Years ago we began dealing with Glen. He is very personable and helpful. We purchased 2 Lincolns before with him guiding us. Then we purchased a Ford Edge SEL, in October and an MKS in December all with his help! Mitch was also wonderful. His knowledge of the vehicles we purchased was outstanding. He stayed with us for over 2 hours each time going over every little detail! We felt very comfortable driving away. Brandon also helped us decide on the MKS. He is very knowledgeable also. Every little detail was given and even during the test drive, he knew the ins and outs of the vehicle. Todd was our finance person. He went over every line explaining the cost, taxes etc. He helped us decided on leasing vs purchase. Once again, very knowledgeable. The service dept at this dealership is great. Bought 2 new cars in July. Have always trusted Dave Alison with our business. He's very knowledgeable and was very helpful with explaining the gadgets on the vehicles and setting stuff up. We have always had great service from the sales department. Wickstrom's service department is extremely wonderful. Mike Murphy has given us exceptional service for years. Service is fast, courteous and accurate. I would recommend Wickstrom to anyone looking for a vehicle or just service it's a wonderful place, they treat you well.

My Review of Wickstrom Auto Group - Ford Lincoln Mercury
Wickstrom Chrysler may not be the closest dealer to my house but it is the only dealer I trust to take my 300C to for service.
The service staff, especially Dan Huff, is always courteous and quick to return my call when he's busy. He always calls with a thorough explanation of the work needed and an accurate estimate of what it will cost. The work is always done quickly and always to my satisfaction. Two of my children own Dodges and they also take them to Wickstrom.
Once in a while one of my kids will tell me they had to get serviced elsewhere because of one reason or another and they ALWAYS end up calling me later with a sad story of how they were disappointed.
I will continue to make Wickstrom my ONLY service dealer and I'm sure I will check them out when I'm in the market for my next Chrysler.

My Review of Wickstrom Auto Group - Ford Lincoln Mercury

The Ford service dept is excellent. Mike Murphy has taken great care of me over the years and I now service all of my personal and work vehicles with them, even our Chevy. Mike's ability to go well above expectations and the fact that he treats me like I have a fleet of 50 vehicles to service sealed the deal for me. I mostly appreciate the fact that I get that small town feel when I pull up and Mike knows me by name. I am now a lifelong customer even though another Ford dealer is more convenient all because of the great customer service by Mike and the other service staff.
